Hasloc Ltd Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

We don’t offer international shipping at the moment. If this changes, we’ll update this page.


2. Shipping costs

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or promotion.

Any future paid delivery options (for example, express services) will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.


3. Order processing times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is any unexpected delay in dispatching your order (for example, stock or courier issues), we’ll let you know as soon as we can.


4. Delivery timeframes

Standard UK delivery usually takes a few working days after your order has been dispatched. Exact delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Delivery times shown at checkout or in emails are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control (for example, courier delays, adverse weather, strikes or local delivery issues).

Hasloc Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control, but we’ll always do our best to help you track and resolve any delivery issues.


5. Tracking and delivery updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this will include a tracking link or number so you can follow your order’s progress.

Some smaller items may be sent by untracked services where appropriate.


6. Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery attempts and collection windows have been missed, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • If your order is returned to us for these reasons, we can either:

    • arrange re-delivery to a corrected address (which may incur an additional delivery charge), or

    • cancel the order and refund the product price, less any reasonable delivery and return costs we’ve incurred.


7. When you become responsible for your order

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you gave us or to a person you nominate to receive them.

You will own the products once we have received full payment.


8. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item appears to be missing or incorrect, please contact us at hello@hasloc.com as soon as possible with:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the packaging and any damaged items (if applicable).

We’ll review the situation and work with you to put things right in line with our Terms of Service and Returns Policy.


9. Pre-orders and out-of-stock items

If you place a pre-order or order an item marked as out of stock or on backorder, we’ll give you our best estimate of the expected dispatch date on the product page or at checkout.

If there are significant changes to the expected dispatch date, we’ll contact you using the details you provided. You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we dispatch your items.


10. Returns and exchanges

This Shipping Policy works alongside our Returns Policy and Terms of Service.

  • Your legal rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
